Run your institution, not your software.
Applications, enrollment, tuition, attendance, records, messaging, and the classroom itself — one system your team actually runs on, instead of the pile they keep in sync. Nothing to integrate, nothing extra to license, and nothing living in a spreadsheet only one person can read.
What does the way you run it now cost?
“We're a small team, and before HidayahONE we were juggling Google Classroom, spreadsheets, and a handful of other tools — still chasing payments and struggling to keep our free and paid enrollments straight.”
Count the places a student’s name gets typed at your institution this week: the application email thread, the sign-up form, the roster spreadsheet, the payment app, the classroom, the group chat, the certificate template. Every one of them is a place the answer can be wrong when a family asks.
None of it shows up as a line item, but you pay for it anyway — the installment nobody chased, the Saturday morning spent rebuilding last term’s register, the transcript request that turns into a week of archaeology, the applicant nobody replied to, the roster that lives in one volunteer’s head and leaves when they do.
It doesn’t have to work this way. HidayahONE keeps one record, in one place, for everything the day throws at it. The rest of this page shows what that looks like.
Who runs on HidayahONE
Built for the work of running an institution — not for one kind of school — HidayahONE serves faith-based institutions deeply, and it runs a secular academy just as well:
- Weekend and supplementary schools — often run by one person and a handful of volunteers, part-time, with cash and cheques still arriving at the front desk.
- Full-time day schools and academies — a whole week of classes, attendance, and reporting.
- Higher learning and seminaries — multi-year programs, transcripts, and credentials that have to hold up.
- Workforce and continuing education — adult learners who find the course, enroll themselves, and pay online; certificates at completion, revenue without back-office hours.
- Independent teachers and small institutes — a catalog, a roster, and getting paid, without a back office.
- The program beside a bigger institution — already running a larger system for the main school? HidayahONE runs the weekend, youth, or community program it doesn’t reach — standalone, without touching what you already have.
Families get their own way in, too: one sign-in to see every child’s classes, grades, and attendance, and to ask the office a question.
Testimonials
Miftaah Institute and American Imams Academy run their programs on HidayahONE — from enrollment to transcripts. Here's what their directors have to say.
With HidayahONE, everything is, mashaAllah, structured so well — the transcripts, everything is so smooth. It's pushed us to make our programs, and our students, more serious. Whenever people ask what Miftaah has accomplished, it's one of the first things I bring up. A big deal for us, alhamdulillah.
We're a small team, and before HidayahONE we were juggling Google Classroom, spreadsheets, and a handful of other tools — still chasing payments and struggling to keep our free and paid enrollments straight. Now it's all in one system: enrollment and payments just work, and certificates and grades reach our students automatically. For a team our size, that's meant we can focus on our students instead of wrestling with our systems.
One system in place of a dozen
A dozen tools. Seven jobs. One system. Here's the pile HidayahONE replaces — one connected platform in its place. Enter it once, and your team gets back to running the institution instead of the software.
| The tool you run today | Built into HidayahONE |
|---|---|
| Standalone SIS | Student records, programs → terms → courses, transcripts, GPA, and grading scales |
| Separate LMS | A full, bundled learning platform — courses, content, assignments, quizzes, gradebook — with single sign-on and two-way grade sync. |
| Paper registers or an attendance app | Attendance marked from a phone in seconds, visible to the office and to families live, with a term percentage per student |
| Application forms + an inbox full of PDFs | Application forms you design — sections, document uploads, a typed signature — reviewed in one queue, while applicants track status in their own sign-in; programs that admit by review stay out of the public catalog |
| Sign-up forms + enrollment rosters | A public, searchable course catalog and storefront, online enrollment, live rosters — and invitation links that complete an enrollment when redeemed |
| Payment portal | Stripe checkout, installment plans, discounts, multi-currency, and refunds — inside the same system as the roster |
| Invoicing tool + accounting spreadsheets | Invoices with every order, and financial reports with revenue and refunds netted out |
| Email-blast tools | Recipient-filtered, scheduled messaging, audience-scoped announcements, and automated notifications |
| CRM contact lists | Contacts kept in sync with enrollment — every family reachable without exporting a list |
| BI and reporting tools | Dashboards plus financial, retention, and dropped-student reporting |
| Certificate makers | Dated completion certificates, issued in a click |
| A pile of separate logins | One single sign-on across the whole platform — optionally white-labeled with your logo, colors, and own domain |
That's not a separate tool, login, and vendor for every job — it's one platform, already connected.
Everything your institution runs on
From the first application to a finished transcript — seven jobs your institution already does, in one system, with nothing to wire together.
-
Apply, enroll & get paid
You publish the class. Families apply, enroll, and pay themselves.
Build an application form in the browser, publish it, and review every submission in one queue — approve, decline, waitlist, or ask for changes — while applicants track status in their own sign-in. Or skip the form: the searchable storefront sells classes with checkout and installment plans, and an invitation link enrolls a known student the moment they redeem it. Or enroll a family who paid you offline — cash, cheque, or transfer — with a reference kept on the record. Refunds, unenrollment, or a move to a different class with the payment record intact — all from the same order.
-
Run academics
Teach the class. The transcript keeps itself.
Programs, nestable terms, courses, and live rosters; transcripts, GPA, and credits; configurable grading scales; exportable PDF transcripts — and completion certificates issued, signed, and downloadable in one click.
-
Take attendance
Marked from a phone in seconds. The term report writes itself.
Mark a whole class from a phone — present, late, absent, or excused, in one shared set of colours used everywhere in HidayahONE. The office sees the same marks the moment they save; scroll back a week, a month, a whole term; and every student carries an attendance percentage. Families see the same view for their own children, and a class reminder goes out on its own before the session — nobody types a word.
Recorded from the live product — not a mock-up. -
Learning, already connected
One click into the classroom. No second password.
HidayahONE bundles a complete learning platform — courses, content, assignments, quizzes, and gradebooks — branded and connected for you: single sign-on, automatic enrollment, and two-way grade sync that flows into transcripts. No separate LMS to license, host, or integrate.
-
Reach your community
Write it once. Every family gets it.
Recipient-filtered messaging — by program, status, and more — with scheduled sends, plus announcements aimed at students, guardians, or teachers, narrowed to one program or class, with publish and expiry dates. Automated notices go out on their own: a new-account password, an order confirmation, a class reminder. Families can reply from their own portal, and it lands with the staff who can answer. Every message stays on the record — who it went to, and when it was sent.
-
See the whole picture
Ask once. The answer's already counted.
Institution dashboards; financial reports with revenue and refunds netted out; term-over-term retention; a single query that filters by enrollment and attendance together; overdue-payment and dropped-student tracking; and one-click export to CSV or spreadsheet.
-
Make it yours
Your logo, your colours, your domain — HidayahONE runs quietly underneath.
White-label branding across the whole platform, served on your own domain — and each institution's data kept isolated from every other.

How HidayahONE compares
If you're on a per-student-priced SIS, a legacy school platform, a standalone LMS, or a stack of sign-up forms, spreadsheets, and separate tools wired together — here's how HidayahONE lines up against the systems schools run today. It is the system of record with a full learning platform bundled inside — single sign-on, two-way grade sync — plus the commerce layer, so it spans the categories everyone else splits or sells piece by piece.

- Canvas is a best-in-class learning platform, not an all-in-one school system — the rows above measure system-of-record and commerce fit, not the quality of its teaching tools. A school running Canvas still needs a separate SIS, admissions, billing, and family communications underneath it.
- The public storefront is the one row HidayahONE holds alone. Every other platform here collects payments only from families who have already applied or enrolled, through a login-gated portal. Our catalog is open to the world — anyone can browse a program and check out in one flow. Canvas offers a public course marketplace only as a separately-priced add-on.
- Admissions, attendance, and installment billing are baseline for a school platform, so most systems here have them too — that's the point of the first rows: HidayahONE doesn't miss the table stakes. Where the differences show is further down.
- Several platforms include or connect a learning platform, but the models differ. HidayahONE provisions a full Moodle automatically, with single sign-on and two-way grade sync, at no extra setup or license. Others license the LMS as a separate module (Classter, PowerSchool), rely on a third-party integration (Sycamore, Gradelink, FACTS, and Veracross via Edsby), or — like Blackbaud and Jupiter Ed — bundle their own.
- All-in-one rivals often price capabilities as separate modules: Classter licenses admissions, LMS, CRM, and billing individually; PowerSchool and Blackbaud deliver enrollment, learning, communications, and financials as distinct products. HidayahONE includes them in one platform.
- The category's recurring complaint is a dated, click-heavy interface. HidayahONE answers with a modern UI and near-instant search across every record — a capability we could not confirm on the public pages of any competitor here.
Competitor facts were compiled and independently re-verified against each vendor's own public pages on 10 September 2026. Per-institution pricing is quote-only for most vendors, and “Unverified” marks capabilities we could not confirm from a primary source — kept deliberately soft. Canvas is a learning platform (LMS) rather than an all-in-one school system; it is included for schools weighing an LMS-only tool against one connected platform.
Getting your data in — and out
Coming from somewhere else? So did our customers. When Miftaah Institute moved to HidayahONE, multiple years of real student history came with them — migrated from their previous learning platform, along with older records that existed only as spreadsheets scattered across drives. We migrate your existing students, enrollment, and academic history during onboarding, so you start with your real records in place — not an empty system you rebuild by hand.
Day to day, the doors stay open: rosters import from the spreadsheets you already keep — the columns match on the way in — and your records export back out in standard formats, any time, at no charge. If you ever leave, your data leaves with you. And when a family lands in the wrong class — it happens at every school — you move them to the right one, payment record intact, bundles included, without refunding and re-buying.
And if HidayahONE is arriving beside a bigger system — a weekend, youth, or community program next to your main school — it runs standalone: nothing to integrate, and no access to your other systems required.
Built to be trusted with your institution's data
HidayahONE handles student records and tuition payments — so it’s built to be trusted with both.
- Payments handled by Stripe. Tuition runs through Stripe — card details go straight to Stripe; HidayahONE never stores raw card numbers.
- Encrypted in transit, and on disk. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), and your data is encrypted at the storage and backup level.
- Role-based access. Administrators, teachers, and students each see only what their role allows, enforced on every request.
- A full audit trail. Record changes are logged — who changed what, and when.
- Your institution, isolated. Each institution’s data is isolated from every other; with white-label branding, your families see your school, not us.
- One sign-on across the platform. The records system and the learning platform share a single login.
Your data stays yours
Your institution’s records belong to your institution — not to us. HidayahTech is the custodian, not the owner, and HidayahONE is paid software, not an ad business — so your data works for you, never the other way around.
- Never sold, never mined. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your data, we never use student information for advertising or to build profiles, and we never serve ads to your students or families. Your data is used only to run HidayahONE for you — and the providers we rely on to operate it, like Stripe for payments, only ever handle what their job requires.
- Yours to export, any time. Export your records whenever you want, in standard formats — no export fee, no lock-in.
- Yours to keep if you leave. If you ever move on, your data goes with you: any account in good standing can take a full export. (“In good standing” simply means not in breach of our terms — it’s never a lever to hold your records.)
Frequently asked questions
- Can we make HidayahONE look like our own institution?
- Yes — with white-label branding, your logo, colors, and own domain replace ours, so students, families, and staff see your institution, not us. White-label branding is included with the Campus plan and available as a one-time $500 add-on on other plans.
- Can we bring over the records we already have?
- Yes. We migrate your existing students, enrollment, and academic history during onboarding, so you start with your real data in place — not an empty system you have to rebuild by hand.
- What happens to our data if we stop using HidayahONE?
- It leaves with you. Any account in good standing can export a full copy of your records in standard formats, any time — no export fee, no lock-in.
- Do you support an admissions or application process?
- Yes — design an application form in the browser (sections, document uploads, a typed signature), publish it, and review every submission in one queue: approve, decline, waitlist, or request changes, and an admission can be revoked afterward. Applicants track status in their own sign-in, and a parent can apply once for one child or several. And if you don't have an admissions process, you don't need one: publish a class and families enroll themselves, or invite a student with a link. Applications are there the day you want to decide who gets in.
- We already run a system for our main school — does HidayahONE replace it?
- Only if you want it to. HidayahONE runs standalone — many institutions use it for the weekend, youth, or community program their main system doesn't reach. It needs no integration with, or access to, anything you already run, and if you ever consolidate, your records export in standard formats.
- Do we need a separate LMS?
- No — and you won't have to integrate one, either. HidayahONE includes a full learning platform, bundled and pre-connected: single sign-on, automatic enrollment, and grades that sync back into your records. It's set up for you — nothing separate to buy, wire up, or maintain.
- What happened to HidayahSIS?
- HidayahSIS is now HidayahONE — the same proven platform, renamed to reflect everything it already does for the institutions that run on it. Same system, same depth, new name.
The HidayahONE Partner Program
HidayahONE is a complete platform today — and it got here by listening. Much of what it does began as a real need from a real institution, and turning those needs into capabilities the whole platform shares is the work we do best.
The HidayahONE Partner Program makes that collaboration deliberate. We work closely with partners to understand what their institution needs and craft it into solutions inside HidayahONE — and partners get priority for the capabilities their work depends on, built into the platform and theirs to use. Your needs help steer the roadmap — not because anything’s missing, but because the best education software is shaped by the institutions that run on it.
About HidayahTech
HidayahONE is built by HidayahTech, LLC — founded in 2019, based in Texas. Since then we’ve built software for the schools, institutes, and academies that run on it, so the platform is shaped by how these institutions actually run — not how software vendors imagine they do.
We make practical tools that take the busywork off administrators, so they can focus on their mission. Hidayah means guidance — the platform keeps the institution’s work in step, so your team is free to do the part software can’t: guide students.
